Rosarco

Composition: 90% Cabernet sauvignon, 10% Petit verdot

The grapes comes from the cooler and ventilated parcels of our land. Once the grapes are hand picked, we proceed to a soft, cold press of the berries and the stalks. Fermentation: 10 days in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, then the bottling.

Paring: perfect as an aperitif, suits with fish dishes, white meats, vegetarian preparations and summer soups. Is the best pick for a gourmet pic nic.
